It is 1 5/16" tall (including threading). 9/16" outside diameter.
It has a 1/8 IPS (table lamp pipe size) male end (3/8" outside diameter) that swivels and the threaded hole is 3/8" (works with standard 1/8 IPS pipe.
Only swivels as far as angle shown.
