5" (top) x 14" (bottom) x 10" (side).
It has all the flaws and inconsistencies you would expect from burlap.
Matching self trim top and bottom.
These have built-in brass-plated wire across the top (spider) with washer in the middle that works with standard harp (lamp shade bracket).
8 1/2" harp recommended, but not included.
